		<description>Yes I&#039;ve visited a couple of times and written about these monasteries. Something to remember, Do Not Take Photos inside, especially in the very old chapel in the Grand Meteora.  I had my film confiscated by the guard there after ingnoring the &#039;no photo&#039; sign and thinking i could sneak a picture without using a flash.  I was lucky he didn&#039;t take my camera too!</description>
